Razer recently announced a new Razer Blade 15 laptop that is touted as the first laptop in the world to feature a 240Hz OLED display. This display features a typical 400 nits brightness, has a response time of 1ms, and includes up to 100% DCI-P3 colors. Now, there are some that have sworn off OLED screens because of the threat of burn-in, but I do understand that at least some OLED laptops have settings that can be toggled in an effort to reduce the potential for burn-in. If you don’t fear burn-in or know how to deal with it, this should be an incredible screen for gamers and creators.
So, what’s the Razer Blade 15 have inside its chassis? Inside you’ll find an Intel Core i9-12900H paired with an NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 1TB SSD. There’s even an additional M.2 slot so you can add another drive and increase storage. As for inputs and outputs, you’ll find Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, USB-A, a full-sized SD card reader, and an HDMI port. All of this in a CNC-milled aluminum chassis. If this sounds like your dream machine, you can look forward to owning one in Q4 2022 for $3,499.99.
